Amit Shah suggests industries in Sanand to recruit staffers from only five local talukas

Sanand: Union Home Minister and Gandhinagar Lok Sabha MP Amit Shah on Tuesday here performed ground breaking for a mini ITI (Industrial Training Institute) at Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) estate. he said the mini ITI will be ready in the next six months and become a bridge between the job-seeking local youths and the industries here. Shah thanked Gujarat Chief Minister for this ITI facility at Sanand.
Shah in his speech said, Sanand Industrial Association should ensure that jobs in Sanand GIDC are given to youths from five local talukas. He went on to say that suppose if some factory needs a person knowing plumbing, wiring, packaging, computer etc skills, then the local youths should have those skills. A new mini ITI will become a bridge for this skilling task.
Shah said that construction of a 550 beds modern hospital shall begin by December this year at Sanand GIDC. It will offer medical treatments to laborers like a modern hospital. It will also offer a lever and kidney transplant facility. Though it will be for laborers, all needy people of Sanand and Bavla taluka will get free treatment there even if they are not laborers.
Shah urged local industrial units in Sanand to spend their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds only in Sanand and Bavla talukas. Shah from this function also performed ground breaking for Greenzo’s hydrogen clean energy unit. DeshGujarat
