‘Boycott Israel’ posters in Rajkot; Police pick up four for questioning

Rajkot: Bhatktinagar Police picked up four Muslim youths who had put up posters appealing to boycott Israel in Muslims populated Jangleshwar area of Rajkot amid ongoing Israel-Hamas war.
The four persons were detained and taken for questioning by the police and Intelligence Bureau. They are identified as Ramzan Ibrahim Dal(24), Tanvir Dostmohammad Bloch(27), Shahnawaz Mustak Vetran(18) and one minor Muslim person.
The detained four persons reportedly told police that they had made posters by spending Rs. 2200 from their own pocket. They claimed they were not in contact or connection with any radical Islamist organization or person. They had just put up posters for creating awareness.
