Gandhinagar: Ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will hold post-Diwali Gujarati new year get-together functions during 19 to 26 November in each of 182 assembly seat areas. Local elected members and party office bearers will participate in such functions. In Gujarat, a new year day is marked post Diwali. Holding post-Diwali get-together functions of the party is a tradition that was started when Narendrabhai Modi was Chief Minister of the State.
