Gujarat govt shares more details on Chief Minister’s visit to Japan and Singapore

Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister-led delegation will visit Japan and Singapore from 26 November to 2 December with seven government officials and several captains of industries. More details on this visit were shared today by senior government official Rahul Gupta.
The delegation will leave for Tokyo on 25 November. On 26 November the delegation members will meet the members of the Gujarati community. On 27 November, the delegation will visit the Indian embassy in Tokyo. The delegation will also visit the President of JETRO, the Governor of Tokyo, and the Governor of JBIC. On 27 November, dinner will be hosted by the Indian ambassador to Japan CB George at India House. The Chief Minister will hold one-to-one meetings with leading industrialists in Japan.
On 29 November, a road show shall take place at the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo during which a number of one-to-one meetings will also take place by the Chief Minister. After the roadshow, on 29 November evening, the delegation members will leave for Kobe by boarding a bullet train. On 30th November, the Chief Minister will meet the Governor and Mayor of Kobe, followed by a meal with the Gujarati community.
The delegation will then leave for Singapore where one-to-one meetings will take place with officials of the Singapore government. The delegation will also visit the Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industries. On 2nd December, the delegation will return to Ahmedabad after site visits.
