Sabarmati: Sabarmati Riverfront Development Corporation Ltd (SRFDCL) has invited proposals/bids for the conceptualization, development, installation, implementation, operation, and maintenance of the Entertainment Hub at the Sabarmati Riverfront.

As per the details shared by SRFDCL, the city’s iconic entertainment park will be located on the East side of Atal Bridge at Riverfront East. It will have a total land parcel of around 11 acres. The lease period offered is 30 years. The minimum project investment is fixed at Rs. 75 crore. Annual lease rent shall be around Rs. 45.50 lakhs.

SRFDCL will give preference to the latest technology of games, quality of entertainment activities and equipment, zero tolerance of risks with safety prioritized, and international tie-ups while deciding on the winner of the bid process.
