Arvind Kejriwal is likely to visit Gujarat on January 7

Ahmedabad: Aam Aadmi Party President and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is scheduled to visit Gujarat on January 7th, during which he is likely to hold a roadshow followed by a public meeting in Ahmedabad.

On Monday, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) issued summons to Kejriwal for questioning in a money laundering case linked to the Delhi Liquor Policy Scam. He has been asked to appear on December 21. This marks the second summons from the ED to Kejriwal in this matter. Previously, on November 2, the ED had issued a notice for questioning, but Kejriwal did not appear, citing other engagements. At that time, he was occupied with the recently concluded assembly elections in five states.

The summons to Arvind Kejriwal comes at a time when he is preparing to go to the Vipassana Centre. As per the reports Kejriwal will going on a 10-day Vipassana meditation program. He is scheduled to leave the national capital on December 19, a day after the winter session of the Delhi Assembly ends. DeshGujarat
