Lioness rescued after being hit by train in Amreli

Amreli: A lioness got hurt when a goods train hit her while it was crossing railway tracks in the village of Saverkundla on Wednesday.
The incident happened near Vijapadi railway station in the Bhammar area around 5 AM. The train was going from Mahuva to Surendranagar, according to the Forest department. The lioness, aged around 7-8 years, had minor injuries and was later rescued and taken to an animal center for treatment. DeshGujarat
