Advocate Pranav Trivedi appointed as Judge of Gujarat High Court

Gandhinagar: After the recommendation of the Supreme Court Collegium, Advocate Pranav Trivedi has been appointed as a Judge of the Gujarat High Court.
The Union Ministry of Law & Justice, in an order dated 19th January 2024, stated, “In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Pranav Shailesh Trivedi to be a Judge of the Gujarat High Court, with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.”
The collegium, comprising Chief Justice DY Chandrachud and Justices Sanjiv Khanna and BR Gavai, recommended this elevation on January 9th. DeshGujarat
