Junagadh: Keeping in mind the Mahashivratri Mela to be held in the city, Western Railways will operate a Mahashivratri Mela Special train on the meter gauge section between Junagadh and Kansiya Nes from March 4th to March 9th. During this period, additional coaches will be added to seven pairs of trains.

The details of these trains, as provided by the Senior DCM of Bhavnagar Division, Mashuk Ahmed, are as follows:

The ‘Mela Special Train’ from Junagadh to Kansiyanesh will depart from Junagadh at 11:10 am and reach Kansiya Nes at 1:20 pm. Similarly, the ‘Mela Special Train’ from Kansiya Nes to Junagadh will depart from Kansiya Nes at 1:40 pm and reach Junagadh at 3:50 pm. This train will stop at Torania, Bilkha, Juni Chavand, Visavadar, and Satadhar stations in both directions.

Additional coaches will be added to the following trains as per availability:
1. Three General Coaches in Train No. 22957/22958 Veraval-Ahmedabad-Veraval.
2. Three General Coaches in Train No. 19119/19120 Somnath-Ahmedabad-Somnath.
3. Four General Coaches in Train No. 09514/09513 Veraval-Rajkot-Veraval.
4. Three general coaches in Train No. 09522/09521 Veraval-Rajkot-Veraval.
5. Three general coaches in Train No. 09539/09540 Amreli-Junagarh-Amreli meter gauge.
6. Four general coaches in Train No. 09531/09532 Junagadh-Delwada-Junagarh meter gauge.
