In Pics: Mumbai Indians skipper Hardik Pandya visits Somnath Mandir
April 05, 2024
Veraval: Indian all-rounder and Mumbai Indians skipper, Hardik Pandya, performed pooja and darshan at the renowned Somnath Mahadev Mandir in Prabhas Patan today. The Somnath Mahadev Mandir holds significant importance as it is one of the twelve jyotirlinga shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva, considered profoundly sacred by devotees.
Pandya, who captained the Gujarat Titans in the last two IPL seasons, has returned to the Mumbai Indians after a two-year stint with the Gujarat Titans. Upon his return to the Mumbai Indians, Pandya assumed the captaincy; however, the team has encountered difficulties in the ongoing season, suffering three consecutive defeats.
As a result, the Mumbai Indians currently occupy the bottom position in the league standings, having failed to secure a victory in their first three games. They will seek to reverse their fortunes in their upcoming match against the Delhi Capitals at home on April 7th. DeshGujarat
