RTO server down again across Gujarat

Ahmedabad: The Sarathi portal of the RTO is down once again, leaving driving test applicants disappointed. More than 400 applicants were affected by the RTO server maintenance shutdown in the city, while several hundred people are being affected by this across the state today.

People who were waiting in line after having appointments for the driver’s license test were sent back home as the Sarathi Portal had been down for maintenance. Due to this, people will be unable to take the driving test for two to three days and will be called again later when operations resume. It is noteworthy that the RTO driving test track had remained closed for around 20 days in March due to the same problem.

An RTO official stated that maintenance was necessary due to malfunctioning of the Sarathi portal. As a result, the driving test track will be closed for two to three days. Those affected will be called again once operations resume and will be allowed to take the test. We are aware of the difficulties people face due to frequent server shutdowns. A representation has been made to the Level Commissioner’s office, and we are confident that people’s problems will soon be alleviated. DeshGujarat
