Statue of Unity: Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) today announced the signing of ‘Regenta Resort’, a luxury 5 star resort near the World’s tallest statue, Statue of Unity in Gujarat’s Kevadia (Ektanagar).

The company informed that the 15th ROHL branded hotel in Gujarat, Regenta Resort will be located near the Statue of Unity with 49 exceptionally appointed rooms, pool villa and suites, multiple F&B options.

‘Regenta Resort will be the first luxury hotel to operate near the Statue of Unity. Leisure facilities in the hotel include a swimming pool, wellness center and gymnasium, lawns with landscaped garden are some of the other amenities of this idyllic retreat,’ the companys tated in a press relese.

In and around the property, there are a host of tourism attractions now being put on the tourist map. Its proximity to popular surrounding attractions like the Valley of Flowers, Butterfly and Cactus Garden, and Arogya Van, among others will ensure guests have a host of activities in and around the property.

The world’s tallest statue, the Statue of Unity (SOU), in memory of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, an
exemplary figure and the country’s first Deputy Prime Minister, who played a pivotal role in India’s
independence movement. Introduced in 2018, the statue was instrumental in elevating Gujarat to the
international tourist circuit and bolstering the region’s economy and tourism.
