Ahmedabad: The President of India has recognized the appointment of Mr. Rakesh Ramanlal Shah as the Honorary Consul of Sri Lanka in Ahmedabad, Gujarat with immediate effect on 7th of June 2024 as per a notification. Shah’s tenure will be valid for 2 years (from 2nd May 2024 to 1st May 2026). The consular juridiction of Mr. Shah comprises the State of Gujarat with seat in Ahmedabad. This notification was signed by Manoj Kumar, Deputy Chief of Protocol in the Office of Deputy Chief of Protocol in New Delhi. DeshGujarat
