Veteran BJP leader LK Advani hospitalized; later discharged

New Delhi: Veteran leader of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and former Deputy Prime Minister of India, Lal Krishna Advani, was discharged from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) here today after being hospitalized late last night.
The 96-year-old leader, one of the founding members of the BJP, was hospitalized due to age-related issues, according to what sources shared with the media.
Dr. Sanjay Lalwani, who was attending to Advani, confirmed the discharge of the 96-year-old leader.
“L K Advani is stable. He is being evaluated by a team of doctors from different specialties, including urology, cardiology, and geriatric medicine,” a source told news agency PTI. DeshGujarat
