Ahmedabad: Heavy rains in Mumbai last night caused severe disruptions to air travel and connectivity at Ahmedabad Airport. More than 11 inches of rain in six hours affected both domestic and international flights at Mumbai airport, leaving thousands of passengers stranded.
Today, Mumbai continues to experience strong winds and thunderstorms, further impacting flight operations throughout the day. Passengers traveling between Ahmedabad and Mumbai are particularly affected due to high connectivity between these cities.
