The Ambanis have hired three Falcon-2000 jets to transport guests to Mumbai. These jets can carry 8-10 people in one go. They have also arranged over 100 private planes to assist attendees traveling from across the country. To manage the influx, traffic restrictions will be enforced around BKC from July 12 to 15. The roads near the venue are reserved exclusively for “event vehicles” during designated hours.

The ceremonies start with Shubh Vivah on Friday, July 12, followed by Shubh Aashirwad on Saturday, July 13. The ceremonies will end with Mangal Utsav, the wedding reception, on Sunday, July 14. The event will follow traditional Hindu Vedic customs, with a lavish display of tradition and celebration.

Decorative lights and floral arrangements adorn the wedding venue and Antilia, the Ambani family’s 27-storey mansion in Mumbai. The wedding menu will also showcase specially selected dishes from Kaashi Chaat Bhandaar, handpicked by Nita Ambani during a recent trip to Varanasi.

Award-winning chefs and Maharajs have created a diverse menu that includes Indian, regional Indian, and global cuisines. Separate kitchens for vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and Maharaj preparations ensure culinary variety. Expert teams are also on hand to accommodate the vegan and other dietary preferences of the guests.
