Centre approves Rs. 466 crore for Dholera – Bhimnath broad gauge railway line project

Gandhinagar: Gujarat government today informed that the Government of India led by Narendrabhai Modi has approved Rs. 466 crore for a new broad gauge railway line project connecting Dholera to Bhimnath (logistic hub). A 23.33 km long new railway line will provide direct connectivity to Dholera from Bhimnath and also offer easy connectivity between Dholera and the Delhi – Mumbai industrial freight corridor. Once completed, this project will in future offer fast connectivity for transportation of raw material and finished products from Dholera SIR, the government said a note. The State Chief Minister has conveyed thanks to the Prime Minister and the Railway Minister for allocation of the fund. DeshGujarat
