Palestinian flag hoisted in Savli near Vadodara; teenagers under investigation

Vadodara: A Palestinian flag was hoisted at Lahori Vaga in Savli village near Vadodara on Sunday evening. Upon learning that, Savli police rushed to the spot and removed the flag. The police has initiated an investigation involving three teenagers.
As per initial investigation, the teenagers frequently watched videos of the ongoing Israel-Palestine conflict on social media. Moved by the scenes of the war, they hoisted the flag.
Among the teenagers, one is in class 11, another is in class 10, and the third is in class 9.
Police are interrogating the teenagers to determine their contacts and mobile phone communications, including any international calls. Police Sub Inspector, in charge of the police station, stated that investigations are also going on at the school where the teenagers study. DeshGujarat
