Gandhinagar: In the 24 hours ending at 6 am on 29 July, state of Gujarat received rainfall across 116 talukas, with Nadiad in the Kheda district of Central Gujarat recording the highest rainfall of 118 mm, or nearly 4.6 inches. However, the intensity of rain across the state has subsided, with only 6 talukas receiving rainfall above 2 inches.
