Sardar Sarovar Narmada Dam Over 90% Full

Gandhinagar: Gujarat’s lifeline Sardar Sarovar Narmada dam is now over 90 percent full this evening.
Sardar Sarovar Narmada dam at 8 pm today had over 2.63 lakh cusecs inflow at 135.92 m level against full level of 138.68 m. Outflow was 1.8 lakh cusecs in river and 18,603 cusecs in canal.
With continuing rainfall in the State, 49 reservoirs are 100 percent full while 13 are 90-100% full and put on high alert. 40 dams are 70-100 percent full and put on alert. 20 dams are 50-70% full and put on warning. 41 dams are 25-50% full. DeshGujarat
