Narmada: Due to the continuous inflow of about 25,000 cusecs of water daily from Madhya Pradesh into the Sardar Sarovar Dam (SSP) in Gujarat, the Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Limited (SSNNL) has decided to generate hydropower to reduce the water level in preparation for the monsoon. Narmada: The Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Limited (SSNNL) has initiated the release of nearly 20,000 cusecs of water into the main canal of the Narmada dam due to the increased demand for water during the summer season.
