Ahmedabad: Vehicle and license-related operations have been disrupted at the Regional Transport Office (RTO) in Ahmedabad since Monday due to server issues.

People who had appointments for their driver’s license tests and were waiting in line for hours could not take the test as the Sarathi Portal was down for maintenance.

Today is the second day the Sarathi portal has been unavailable, although it has been experiencing glitches for the past 4-5 days. This problem is affecting RTO offices statewide, including Ahmedabad.

Frustrated individuals are calling for a permanent solution to the frequent software crashes and have said that centers be closed if they cannot function properly. DeshGujarat
