IMD lists out flash flood risk areas of Gujarat for 25-26 August

Gandhinagar: Central government’s weather wing – India Metereological Department(IMD) has in its forecast released today given 24 hours Outlook for the Flash Flood Risk (FFR) till 1130 IST of 26-08-2024 which includes Gujarat region areas – Dadar & Nagar Haveli, Daman, Anand, Aravalli, Bharuch, Chhota Udepur, Dahod, Gandhinagar, Khera, Mahisagar, Narmada, Navsari, Panchmahal, Sabarkantha, Surat, Tapi, Vadodara and Valsad districts.
Meanwhile according to private weather analysts, depression near North West Madhya Pradesh if intensify into deep depression possibly tomorrow, it may bring heavy rains and risk of flooding to Gujarat, Rajasthan and Central Southern Pakistan through Friday. DeshGujarat
