Gujarat ministers hold 4 group discussions in Chintan Shivir at Prabhas Patan

Prabhas Patan: On the second day of the 11th Chintan Shivir held at Somnath, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, along with ministers, senior secretaries, and state cabinet officials, participated in group discussions focused on accelerating Gujarat’s overall development journey.
Key topics discussed included creating new employment opportunities in the state, increasing rural incomes through the holistic development of agriculture and pastoralism, achieving full saturation in government schemes, and enhancing the role of district and local self-government institutions in tourism development.
Additionally, guidance was provided on adopting a saturation approach to ensure 100% coverage of beneficiaries under public welfare schemes from both the state and central governments, ensuring no eligible beneficiary is left out. The discussions aligned with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a “Developed India @2047.”
Finance Minister Kanubhai Desai, Health Minister Rishikeshbhai Patel, Agriculture Minister Raghavjibhai Patel, Water Supply Minister Kunwarjibhai Bavlia, Tourism Minister Molubhai Bera, Minister of State Harshbhai Sanghvi, and Panchayat Minister Bachubhai Khabad actively contributed their insights during the sessions.
Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries, and Secretaries from respective departments also presented their work plans and shared perspectives on the discussed topics.
