BJP announces mandate for Unjha APMC elections

Mehsana: The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has declared its mandate for the upcoming elections of the Unjha Agricultural Produce Market Committee (APMC). The BJP has announced its official candidates for the elections of the largest marketing yard in Asia. The party has fielded candidates for 10 seats in the farmer category and 4 seats in the trader category.
Former APMC chairman Dinesh Patel’s group and Supreet Patel, grandson of former MLA Narayan Patel, are among the leaders who have secured the BJP mandate. Meanwhile, Arvind Patel, who had filed his nomination in the farmer category, has withdrawn his candidacy. Current MLA Kirit Patel is notably missing from the party’s panel. DeshGujarat
