December 24, 2024
Gandhinagar: Education Minister Dr. Kuberbhaai Dindor has announced that the affidavit process, currently carried out by approximately 11,000 self-reliant (Swanirbhar) schools, i.e., 91% of all such schools, will be moved online. This shift to an online process will make the work of the fee regulation committees paperless, transparent, and faster, further accelerating the government’s digitalization efforts.
Dr. Dindor made this announcement on December 23rd during a meeting at the Vidya Samiksha Kendra in the state capital, which was attended by chairpersons and members of all the fee regulation committees in the state. The meeting reviewed various activities related to education.
Based on the suggestions and presentations made by the chairpersons and members of the fee regulation committees, Education Minister Dr. Kuberbhaai Dindor emphasized the need for coordination among the committees to ensure smoother operations. He also instructed the Education Department to prepare an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to streamline and speed up the process.
The meeting was attended by the Chairman and Secretary of the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, the chairpersons and members of the fee regulation committees, as well as the Deputy Secretary and Chief Coordinator of the Education Department. DeshGujarat
