AUDA to auction 7 plots

Ahmedabad: The Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA) will auction seven plots in various areas of the city, including three in Chandkheda, two in Bopal, one in Vejalpur, and one in Nikol.
The reserve price for the plots has been set between ₹55,000 and ₹2.72 lakh per square meter. AUDA is expected to earn around ₹351 crore from this auction. The highest-priced plot, measuring 3,169 square meters in the Vejalpur ward, is valued at ₹86.35 crore.
Previously, an e-auction was held for these plots, but developers showed limited interest. During the last e-auction, AUDA saw only a ₹200 increase over the reserve price for these plots. A new announcement for the auction will be made this week.
