Gujarat Housing Board to redevelop three apartments in Gandhinagar

Gandhinagar: The Gujarat Housing Board will redevelop three apartment complexes in the state capital namely, Satyam Apartment (192 MIG units), Sahyog Apartment (168 units), and Shivam Apartment (192 units). The redevelopment project, to be undertaken on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) basis, is estimated to cost approximately ₹132 crore.
Interested agencies can submit online tenders from February 13 to March 5, with all necessary documents required to be uploaded online. Additionally, applicants must pay 1% of the tender amount as an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), which will be refunded to non-selected agencies after the tender decision is finalized. DeshGujarat
