Rajkot: The Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL), City Division Office-3, has announced scheduled power shutdowns in various areas of Rajkot due to essential maintenance work on 11 kV feeders. PGVCL has stated that if the shutdown is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, no separate notice will be issued. Power supply may resume without prior intimation once the maintenance work is completed.

According to the notice issued today, the shutdowns will occur between 6:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the respective dates mentioned below.

On Monday, 2 June 2025, power will be cut in the 11 kV Shilpan Feeder — areas such as Vasant Vihar, Vasant Malhar, Gurujinagar, the area behind Palm City, and surrounding areas.

On Tuesday, 3 June 2025, the 11 kV Matel Feeder — areas such as 40 Feet Omnagar Road, Rajdeep Society, Labhdeep Society, Murlidhar Society, and nearby areas — will see a power outage.

On Wednesday, 4 June 2025, a power outage is scheduled for the 11 kV Aagman Feeder covering areas such as Aagman City, the area behind Parin Furniture, and adjacent industrial areas, and the 11 kV Sardar Feeder covering areas such as Kangshiyani Road and surrounding areas, Rani Industrial Area, Mehmadi Bagh, and nearby localities.

On Monday, 9 June 2025, power will be cut in the 11 kV Radhika Feeder, affecting Mavdi village, Vankar Vas, Labhdeep Society, Mahiraj Hotel, Udaynagar, and surrounding areas.

On Tuesday, 10 June 2025, a power cut at the 11 kV Alap Feeder will affect areas such as Shastrinagar and nearby areas, Arjun Park in Mava village, Shri Hari Society, Nagbai Parmeshwar, Alap Green, and adjacent localities.

Power outage on Wednesday, 11 June 2025, will take place at the 11 kV Amrut Feeder, affecting areas such as Amrutwadi, Cheria, Somnath Industrial Area, and surrounding areas. Additionally, the 11 kV Khalishan Feeder covering areas such as Chandan Pan area, Chamrut Industrial Area, and nearby locations will also face a power cut. DeshGujarat
