Ahmedabad: Sambhv Steel Tubes Limited shall open its Bid / Offer in relation to its initial public offer of Equity Shares on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, the company said today.

As per the official press release, “The total offer size of Equity Shares aggregating up to ₹ 5400 million [₹ 540 crore] comprises of fresh issue aggregating up to ₹ 4,400 million [₹ 440 crore] and Offer for Sale aggregating up to ₹ 1,000 million [₹ 100 crore] by Selling Shareholders. The Anchor Investor Bidding Date shall be Tuesday, June 24, 2025.  The Bid/Offer will open on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 for subscription and will close on Friday, June 27 , 2025.”

“The Price Band of the Offer has been fixed at₹ 77 to ₹ 82 per Equity Share. Bids can be made for a minimum of 182 Equity Shares and in multiples of 182 Equity Shares thereafter. The Company proposes to utilise net proceeds from fresh issue of Equity Shares towards Pre-payment or scheduled re-payment of a portion of certain outstanding borrowings availed by Company; and balance amount towards general corporate purposes,” the release further said.

The company also stated that, the offer for sale comprises of Equity shares aggregating up to ₹ 100.00 million [₹ 10 crore] by Shashank Goyal, aggregating up to ₹ 100.00 million [₹ 10 crore ] by Rohit Goyal, aggregating up to ₹ 350.00 million [₹ 35 crore ] by Kaushlya Goyal, aggregating up to ₹ 100.00 million [₹ 10 crore ] by Harsheet Goyal and Rinku Goyal aggregating up to ₹ 350.00 million [₹ 35 crore ]. A discount of ₹ 4 Per Equity share is being offered to eligible employees bidding in the Employee Reservation portion
