Vadodara: Eggs were thrown at the Ganesh idol during the Agman procession last week  near Madar Market in Panigate area. After the incidnet the city police has made multiple arersted, in recent arrested three acussed Junaid Sindhi, Sameer, and Anas were nabbed from Ajmer. Today after brining them to Vadodara, the city police conducted a reconstruction of the incident duing which the accued were punlic parded in the area and could be seen aploing with floled hands. The accused were also having difficuling i walking with limp in thirer lesgs.

According to the sequence of events, during the Shreeji Agman procession ahead of Ganesh Chaturthi, eggs were thrown at the idol on Augut 25th. The act which could have  disturbed the peace of the city, prompted immediate action by the Vadodara Police. Police had ealier arrsed 6 accused, including a minor. Later it was revealed that the act was linked to a mafia gang. Later in a cornaie pati of Vadodra & rajasthan police the three accused were arrsted in H=Ajmer. The accused were brought to Vadodara on transit remand, bringing the total number of arrests in the case to nine. DeshGujarat
