GMC invites ₹29 crore tender for Gandhinagar Bypass Road and utilities project

Gandhinagar: Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation (GMC) has issued a tender for the development of the Gandhinagar Bypass Road and associated utilities, covering the stretch from Raksha Shakti Flyover Chowk (Dholakuva) to Dholeshwar Mahadev Bridge.
The tender includes civil works such as roadway construction and utility installations, with an estimated cost of INR 29.20 crore. The completion period is set at 12 months from the commencement of work. The project falls under the Urban Development & Urban Housing Department, Administration Division.
The tender requires a bid security/EMD of ₹29.20 lakh and a processing fee of ₹28,320. Eligible bidders are those not associated with the project’s design consultants or any entity involved in project preparation or supervision. The project is funded by the Government of Gujarat and central government sources for centrally sponsored projects.
