Atal Foot Over Bridge over Sabarmati draws 77 lakh visitors in 3 years

Ahmedabad: The Atal Foot Over Bridge, built over the Sabarmati River in the city, which has become a center of attraction for tourists from across the country and abroad, has witnessed over 77 lakh visitors since its opening.
Be it the Diwali vacation or the summer holidays, this Atal Bridge has become a favorite destination for visitors. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated Atal Bridge on August 27, 2022. According to the latest data provided by SRFDCL (Sabarmati Riverfront Development Corporation Ltd.), a total of 77,71,269 people have visited Atal Bridge from August 31, 2022, to October 2025. During this period, the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has earned an income of more than ₹27.70 crore.
