Three-Day ‘Suvali Beach Festival–2026’ to be Held with Grand Arrangements

Surat: A grand three-day Suvali Beach Festival–2026 will be organised from January 9 to 11 at Suvali Beach near Hazira, showcasing a unique blend of music, culture, food, and adventure sports. The festival is being jointly organized by the Gujarat Tourism Department and the Surat District Administration with the aim of promoting coastal tourism and providing an enriching experience to visitors.
The festival will feature live musical performances, cultural programmes, local cuisine stalls, and various adventure and recreational activities, making it an attractive destination for tourists and local citizens alike. Large numbers of visitors are expected to attend the event over the three days.
Emphasis on Safety and Traffic Management
Surat District Collector Dr. Saurabh Pardhi stated that special emphasis has been placed on security and administrative arrangements for the festival. Clear instructions have been issued to all concerned departments, and adequate police deployment, traffic regulation, and parking management have been planned to ensure smooth conduct of the event.
To avoid traffic congestion and ensure public convenience, specific routes will be kept open and regulated, while designated parking areas have been arranged for visitors. Traffic police teams will remain deployed throughout the festival period.

The Music Concerts are scheduled from 6.30 onward as follows:

Authorities have appealed to citizens to cooperate with the administration, follow traffic guidelines, and enjoy the festival responsibly. The Suvali Beach Festival is expected to further boost tourism and highlight Gujarat’s vibrant coastal culture.
Union Jal Shakti Minister and Navsari Lok Sabha MP CR Patil will kick off the festival at 5 pm on January 9. Buses will be arranged to ferry the people to and from the festival venue.
