Hatkeshwar Bridge demolition 80% complete: AMC

Ahmedabad: The Amdavad Municipal Corporation gave an update on the construction and redevelopment work of several key bridges in the city, including Subhash Bridge, Kalupur Bridge and Hatkeshwar Bridge. Addressing the media, Standing Committee Chairman Devang Dani said that the demolition work of the old Hatkeshwar Bridge is nearly 80 per cent complete and the project is progressing as planned.
Dani further said that the Standing Committee also discussed measures to ensure smooth traffic flow around bridge construction sites. Special efforts will be made to prevent street vendors and hawkers from causing traffic congestion near the bridges. The aim is to ensure uninterrupted vehicular movement and avoid inconvenience to commuters during the ongoing bridge works being carried out by the AMC. DeshGujarat
