AUDA Received 14 Zone Change Applications in Two Years; 6 Approved

Gandhinagar: The Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA) has received a total of 14 applications seeking zone changes in areas falling under its jurisdiction over the past two years, as of January 25, 2026.
The information was provided by the Urban Development and Urban Housing Minister in the Assembly in response to a question raised during the ongoing budget session.
According to the reply, out of the 14 applications received for zone changes, approval has been granted in six cases so far.
The Minister further informed that no schemes have been granted an increase in Floor Space Index (FSI) during the said period. DeshGujarat
