Gujarat Govt to Hold Free Mountaineering Camp for Youth at Mount Abu

Gandhinagar: The Gujarat government on Monday announced that the Department of Youth Services and Cultural Affairs will conduct a free mountaineering training camp for children and youth at Mount Abu from May 9 to 15.
A separate rock climbing course will also be held from May 18 to June 1.
Applications for both programmes must be submitted by March 31. Interested candidates are required to send duly filled forms with complete details to the Principal, Swami Vivekananda Mountaineering Training Institute, Gaumukh Road, Mount Abu.
The government will bear all expenses for selected candidates, including training, accommodation and meals. In addition, travel expenses from their hometown to Mount Abu and back, either by ST bus or second-class railway fare, will be reimbursed. DeshGujarat

There any specific criteria for mountaineering course like I should have any coaching experience from any institute for apply in this course which I am interested .
