Gujarat CM, Dy CM, Shah meet PM Modi in National Capital

Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in national capital Delhi.
The meeting reportedly went on for around three hours. The content or agenda of the meeting is not known, but the context could be review and guidence by the Prime Minister on political and governmental affairs in Gujarat.
The State is going to witness local elections in near future. The State is also going to witness regular election of the State assembly next year. Gujarat will also see Rajya Sabha polls for four seats that are going to be vacant due to end of terms of sitting MPs Ramilaben Bara, Narhari Amin, Rambhai Mokaria and Shaktisinh Gohil. There are some major infrastructure projects, either completed or near completion such as Ahmedabad – Dholera Expressway. The Prime Minister has visited the State in January and February and expected to pay further visits. The State is also going to hold Commonwealth Games in 2030 for which the city of Ahmedabad is getting ready with number of infrastructure projects in pipeline. DeshGujarat
