Over 10,000 Devotees to Join Vallabhacharya Jayanti Procession in Vadodara

Vadodara: A grand and elaborate procession will be taken out in Manjalpur on the occasion of the 549th birth anniversary of Vallabhacharya (Jagadguru Shrimad Vallabhacharyaji Mahaprabhuji).

The procession will be led under the guidance of Vrajarajkumarji Maharaj, head of the Vrajdham Adhyatmik Sankul. It will commence at 5:30 pm on April 13 from near Bankers Hospital in Manjalpur.

The event is expected to feature vibrant traditional elements including flags, ceremonial drums, elephants, horses, palanquins, bands, and dhol-nagara performances. A key highlight will be the participation of over 500 children dressed as deities and revered spiritual figures.

Around 10,000 Vaishnav devotees, clad in traditional attire, will join the procession, creating a deeply devotional atmosphere with chants in praise of Vallabhacharya. Additionally, 500 students from Vallabh Youth Organisation (VYO) Education will present cultural performances based on the divine life and teachings of Mahaprabhuji.

The procession will pass through designated routes and culminate at Panchsheel Ground, where a religious assembly will be held. During the gathering, Vrajarajkumarji Maharaj will deliver his blessings and address the devotees. DeshGujarat
