AMC to Auction Two Plots in Bodakdev & Motera with ₹260.85 Crore Base Value

Ahmedabad: The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has announced the e-auction of two high-value commercial plots in Motera and Bodakdev, with a combined minimum revenue potential of approximately ₹260.85 crore based on upset prices.

The auction offers two significant commercial opportunities:

Motera Plot (Plot No. 1):

A 2,477 sq. m commercial plot located near Palladium Business Hub and Croma store. The minimum upset price is set at ₹1,42,000 per sq. m, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) requirement of approximately ₹35.17 lakh.
Minimum estimated revenue: ₹35,17,34,000 (approximately ₹35.17 crore)

Bodakdev Plot (Plot No. 2):

A larger 8,060 sq. m commercial plot situated opposite Shilp Epitome. This premium land has a minimum upset price of ₹2,80,000 per sq. m, with an EMD requirement of over ₹2.25 crore.
Minimum estimated revenue: ₹2,25,68,00,000 (approximately ₹225.68 crore)

AMC has indicated that the final revenue could exceed the base estimate due to competitive bidding. Additionally, plot areas may vary by up to 15%, and any increase in area will be charged at the final bid rate.

The live e-auction for both plots is scheduled for June 17, 2026. The auction for the Motera plot will commence at 10:30 hrs, followed by the Bodakdev plot at 11:30 hrs. DeshGujarat
