GSHSEB Opens Online Access to Verification Reports, OMR Copies for HSC Students

Gandhinagar, June 3: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has launched an online facility enabling Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) students to download verification reports and OMR answer sheet copies following the completion of the post-result verification process for the 2026 board examinations.

The facility has been made available for students of both the HSC Science Stream and the HSC General Stream, including General, Vocational, U.U. Buniyadi and Sanskrit Madhyama examinations. Students can access the documents from June 3 to June 13, 2026 through the board’s official websites.

According to the board, the HSC Science Stream results were declared on May 5, while the HSC General Stream results were announced on May 4. After the declaration of results, students were given an opportunity to apply for mark verification. The board has now uploaded reports indicating whether any changes were made to the marks after scrutiny, along with details of corrections carried out during the verification process.

For Science Stream students, the online portal provides access to the verification report, OMR answer sheet copy and verification status report, while General Stream students can download reports showing whether there was any change or no change in their marks after verification.

To download the documents, candidates must log in using their seat number, mobile number and password submitted during the application process. The reports and OMR copies are available exclusively through the online system.

The board has further clarified that students whose marks have been revised following verification will receive updated marksheets and certificates through their respective schools. School authorities have been instructed to distribute the revised documents to students and collect acknowledgements before returning the earlier marksheets and certificates to the board.

GSHSEB has emphasised that schools will not be able to obtain the reports on behalf of students through any separate application process. Candidates are therefore advised to download their reports directly from the board’s websites within the stipulated period.

The board has appealed to school principals, parents and students to take note of the announcement and complete the download process before the June 13 deadline.
