Vadodara to Host Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference and Exhibition from June 29

Gandhinagar: The Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference (VGRC), focusing on the Central Gujarat Region, is scheduled to be held on 29 and 30 June 2026 at GSFC University, Vadodara. Alongside the conference, the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Exhibition (VGRE) will be organised at the same venue from 29 June to 3 July 2026. The exhibition will be spread across an area of approximately 8,200 square metres and will include three domes. The exhibition will remain open from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM throughout the event period.
On the sidelines of the exhibition, Vendor Development Programmes including Reverse Buyer Seller Meets (RBSM) and Udyami Mela will be organised. Dedicated stalls will showcase Tribal Haat products, women entrepreneurs, award-winning artisans and startups. The exhibition will also highlight the development initiatives and achievements of the Government of Gujarat. VGRE will provide a valuable platform for MSMEs, handicrafts and cottage industries to connect with new markets, buyers and business opportunities. Designed to offer a seamless visitor experience, the exhibition will feature dedicated entry and exit points, medical facilities and a spacious food court.
Diverse Exhibition Stalls and Key Participants
VGRE Central Gujarat 2026 will host a wide spectrum of exhibition stalls representing key industries, institutions and organisations.
Hall 1: Industrial and Corporate Powerhouses
This hall will feature prominent industry leaders and organisations, including private companies, Government PSUs and the cooperative sector. Financial and regulatory institutions such as SEBI and MCX will also participate, showcasing financial literacy and market opportunities. Other notable participants include GEDA and JETRO, reflecting strong domestic and international collaboration.
Hall 2: Innovation, Startups and Livelihoods
This hall is dedicated to emerging sectors and grassroots entrepreneurship. The exhibition will feature 25 to 27 artisans from iNDEXTc and more than 30 members from the Gujarat Student Startup & Innovation Hub, each hosting their own pavilions. Special zones such as the Women Entrepreneur Pavilion and the Livelihood Pavilion, comprising more than 25 stalls, will highlight inclusive growth. The Tribal Haat, with over 25 stalls, will offer a vibrant display of tribal crafts and products, promoting rural artisans and traditional industries. The Technology Pavilion will include participants such as IIT Gandhinagar and private enterprises, while institutions including State Bank of India and Amul will showcase innovation in the finance and food sectors, respectively.
Hall 3: Facilities for Entrepreneurship and International Trade
This hall will emphasise government initiatives for the facilitation of developing new entrepreneurs. The Centre of Entrepreneurship Development (CED) will set up the Udyami Mela. Artisans and MSMEs will have an opportunity to develop their international trade participation through the Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM).
