Gujarat Govt Assigns Additional Charges to Two IAS Officers

Gandhinagar: The Gujarat government has assigned the additional charge of two key departments to separate IAS officers, replacing the earlier arrangement under which both responsibilities were handled by Revenue Inspection Commissioner Rajesh Manju.
IAS officer Dhawal Patel has been given the additional charge of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Gujarat State Disaster Management Authority (GSDMA).
Meanwhile, IAS officer Gaurang Makwana has been entrusted with the additional charge of Relief Commissioner.
The state government issued the orders on Thursday. Earlier, both the posts of CEO, GSDMA and Relief Commissioner were being handled by Revenue Inspection Commissioner Rajesh Manju. DeshGujarat
