Dholidhaja, Machhu-2, Shetrunji Dams in Saurashtra 100% Full

Gandhinagar: Dholidhaja dam of Surendranagar has achieved full storage, following very heavy rains in the district.
Machhu-2 is another dam in Saurashtra region which has achieved 100% storage.
Khodiar dam is 96.84% full as of 9 pm today, while Bhadar-2 is now 88.57% full.
Shetrunji dam, which is considered the lifeline of Bhavnagar city to which it supplies water has achieved its full reservoir level. The dam is 100% full to its capacity for last few days.
Designed for 346.48 MCM gross storage, Shetrunji dam’s full reservoir level is 55.53 m which is achieved today, following very heavy rainfall.
The other dams full at 100% capacity across Gujarat are – Dhatarvadi, Surajwadi, Dholi, Rojki, Fatehgadh, Wanakbori, Jhuj, Kelia, Lakhigam, Vansal and Dosawada.
Ranghola is over 99% full, Baldeva over 95%, Raidy over 95%, Khambhada over 94%, Ghodadhroi and Dhatarwadi-2 93.73%.
