Star Air Launches Ahmedabad-Mundra Direct Flight Service

Ahmedabad: Direct air connectivity between Ahmedabad and Mundra in Kutch has commenced from August 17, 2026, with Star Air launching the service in collaboration with Adani Airports.
The new connection is expected to benefit people associated with business, industry, education and startups, while providing faster connectivity between Ahmedabad and Mundra, one of the country’s major port and logistics hubs.
Star Air will operate flights between Ahmedabad and Mundra three days a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The Ahmedabad-Mundra flight (S5-628) will depart from Ahmedabad Airport at 6:40 am and reach Mundra at 7:30 am, with a flight time of around 50 minutes. The service will be operated using an Embraer E175 aircraft.
The return service, Mundra-Ahmedabad (S5-629), is scheduled to depart Mundra at 6:40 pm and arrive in Ahmedabad at 7:30 pm, also taking around 50 minutes.
The direct service is aimed at strengthening air connectivity between Ahmedabad and Kutch’s key industrial and port region and is expected to make business and professional travel between the two cities more convenient. DeshGujarat
