Alliance Air to Launch Direct Ahmedabad – Daman Flights from August 25

Daman: Daman will get direct air connectivity with Ahmedabad and Mumbai from August 25, with Alliance Air set to launch a new flight service connecting the Union Territory with the two major cities. The service will operate three days a week, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and is expected to make travel to and from Daman faster and more convenient.

The new service will strengthen Daman’s air connectivity with Gujarat and Maharashtra and is also expected to benefit the tourism, trade and industrial sectors.

Flight schedule

According to the schedule released by Alliance Air, the flight will depart from Mumbai at 7:05 am and arrive in Daman at 7:45 am. It will then depart from Daman at 8:10 am and reach Ahmedabad at 9:20 am.

On the return journey, the flight will leave Ahmedabad at 12:35 pm and arrive in Daman at 1:45 pm. It will subsequently depart from Daman at 2:10 pm and reach Mumbai at 2:50 pm.

Daman’s air connectivity expands

The new service is part of efforts to expand air connectivity from NaMo Airport in Daman. Earlier, on July 16, the airport started its first commercial flight service to Delhi. Following the launch of the Delhi service, the addition of Ahmedabad and Mumbai to the network is expected to further improve Daman’s connectivity with major cities.

The new flights are also expected to make it easier for tourists from Gujarat and Maharashtra to visit Daman, while providing quicker travel options for business and industrial travellers. DeshGujarat
