Western Railway to Regularize Ahmedabad – Tiruchchirappalli Weekly Express Train

Ahmedabad: Train Nos. 09419/09420 operating between Ahmedabad and Tiruchchirappalli will be regularized as Train Nos. 19419/19420 Ahmedabad-Tiruchchirappalli Weekly Express from September 2026.

Train No. 19419 Ahmedabad-Tiruchchirappalli Weekly Express will depart from Ahmedabad at 9:20 am every Thursday and reach Tiruchchirappalli at 3:35 am on Saturday. The regular service will commence from September 24, 2026.

In the return direction, Train No. 19420 Tiruchchirappalli-Ahmedabad Weekly Express will depart from Tiruchchirappalli at 5:45 am every Sunday and arrive in Ahmedabad at 9:15 pm on Monday. The service will commence from September 27, 2026.

The train will halt at Vadodara, Surat, Valsad, Vapi, Vasai Road, Kalyan, Pune, Solapur, Kalaburagi, Wadi, Krishna, Raichur, Manthralayam, Adoni, Guntakal, Tadipatri, Kadapa, Renigunta, Arakkonam, Perambur, Chennai Egmore, Tambaram, Chengalpattu, Villupuram, Cuddalore, Chidambaram, Sirkazhi, Vaithisvarankoil, Mayiladuthurai, Kumbakonam, Papanasam and Thanjavur, among other stations.

The train will have AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, Sleeper and General class coaches.

Booking for the train will open from August 26, 2026, at 8 am at all Passenger Reservation System (PRS) counters and through the IRCTC website. DeshGujarat
