Orient Cables IPO worth ₹5,520 million to open on September 25

Ahmedabad: Orient Cables (India) Limited (the “Company”) shall open its Bid / Offer in relation to its initial public offer of Equity Shares on Friday, September 25, 2026, and close on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, a press release said.
As per the comany, the Anchor Investor Bid/ Offer Period shall be Thursday, September 24, 2026. The Price Band is fixed at ₹258 to ₹272 per equity share of face value of ₹1 each (“Equity Share”).
The Offer comprises a fresh issue of such number of Equity Shares (face value ₹ 1 each) by the Company aggregating up to ₹ 3,200.00 million (the “Fresh Issue”) and offer for sale of up to ₹ 2,320.00 million (“Offered Shares”) by certain existing shareholders (the “Promoter Selling Shareholders”). The total offer size is aggregating up to ₹ 5,520.00 million.
The Offered Shares comprises up to [●] Equity Shares of face value of ₹ 1 each aggregating up to ₹ 2,320.00 million, comprising of ₹ 672.00 million by Vipul Nagpal, up to ₹ 157.00 million by Garima Nagpal, up to ₹ 520.00 million by Vipul Family Trust and up to ₹ 971.00 million by Garima Family Trust (“Promoter Selling Shareholders”)
The Company proposes to utilise net proceeds from Fresh Issue of Equity Shares, estimated at ₹3,200.00 million towards (i) funding of capital expenditure requirements of the Company towards purchase of machinery, equipment and civil works at its Manufacturing Facilities; (ii) Repayment or prepayment, in full or in part, of all or a portion of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the Company; and (iii) General corporate purposes (collectively, the “Objects of Offer”).
IIFL Capital Services Limited (formerly known as IIFL Securities Limited) and JM Financial Limited are the are the book running lead managers to the Offer (“Book Running Lead Managers” or “BRLMs”)
