Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses Limited’s IPO to open on Oct 15

Ahmedabad: Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses Limited proposes to open the initial public offering of its equity shares of face value ₹1 each on Thursday, October 15, 2026. The Anchor Investor Bidding Date is a Working Day prior to the Bid/Offer Opening Date, being Wednesday, October 14, 2026. The Bid/Offer Closing Date is Monday, October 19, 2026, a press release said. 

As per the company, the Price Band of the Offer has been fixed from ₹143 per Equity Share of face value ₹1 each to ₹151 per Equity Share of face value ₹1 each. Bids can be made for a minimum of 99 Equity Shares of face value ₹1 each and multiples of 99 Equity Shares of face value ₹1 each thereafter. The floor price and cap price are 143 times and 151 times the face value of the equity shares, respectively.

The Offer comprises a fresh issue of Equity Shares of face value of ₹1 each aggregating up to ₹28,300.00 million (₹2,830 crore) (the “Fresh Issue”) and an offer for sale of up to 144,525,036 Equity Shares of face value of ₹1 each (the “Offer for Sale”) by certain existing shareholders. The Fresh Issue and Offer for Sale together constitute the “Offer”.

The Equity Shares are proposed to be listed on BSE Limited (“BSE”) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (“NSE”). For the Offer, NSE shall be the Designated Stock Exchange.

Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited, Goldman Sachs (India) Securities Private Limited, Avendus Capital Private Limited, JM Financial Limited, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Private Limited, and Pantomath Capital Advisors Private Limited are the Book Running Lead Managers to the issue.
