Pakistani National Held with Boat During BSF Patrol in Kutch Creek Area

Kutch: The Border Security Force (BSF) has apprehended a Pakistani national along with a Pakistani boat during a routine patrol in the creek area near Koteshwar in Lakhpat, Kutch district.

According to preliminary information, BSF personnel spotted the boat during maritime patrolling late Sunday evening and detained the person found with it. An initial inspection reportedly found fishing equipment on board, while no suspicious items were found during the search.

Following the incident, security agencies have stepped up surveillance along Kutch’s maritime border. A search operation has also been launched to check for any other possible intruders in the area.

Given Kutch’s proximity to the international border and its extensive coastline, security agencies remain on alert to prevent infiltration attempts. Personnel are continuing round-the-clock patrolling to monitor suspicious movements and strengthen maritime security. DeshGujarat
